Get ready to move with purpose this June! The Fitness Drills Express June 20 Mile Challenge is designed to help beginners and all fitness levels build consistency, improve mobility, and create healthier habits through walking, running, stretching, and community accountability.
This challenge is intentionally walk/run friendly β¦meaning you do not have to be a runner to participate. Whether youβre just beginning your fitness journey or looking for a supportive community to stay active with, this challenge is for YOU.
For the entire month of June, participants will work toward completing 20 intentional miles while also focusing on stretching, mobility, recovery, and overall movement. Our goal is not perfection β¦ itβs progress, consistency, and building healthy habits together.
